Cerritos Surf Residences

Our first time staying here and it was a great property. OV3 was a great place. The auto locking door was really convenient for checking in and out. We spent most of our time on the balcony with the comfortable seating and the beautiful views. Parking: plenty a parking on the road and also some covered parking options. The WiFi is great here. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking own meals. It’s convenient to have a washer/dryer in the unit.

Just finished a 3 day stay. Everything was beyond our expectations - beautiful space, with everything you could need, close to the beach, everyone was friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for more and can’t wait to come back.

Cerritos Surf Residences is an absolute gem! My wife and I stayed here in January 2023 and had the best time. We loved everything about our stay. This place was just an absolute vibe.... The condos are beautiful, clean, modern, and spacious. Super comfortable as well. The pool is fantastic and never crowded. Everyone we met there (condo owners + guests) was friendly, chill, and super interesting. The on-site restaurant? You guessed it. It was great as well. It’s a 5-minute walk to the beach, and you can check the surf from your room. If surfing isn't your thing, you can sit back on the patio, have a coffee, and count the Humpback Whale spouts :) And the people who work here are the absolute best! Everyone from Kiki (the property developer) to Martin and Sara (who manage the property) and everyone else…cannot say enough great things about their crew. Top notch. You will be WELL taken care of here. Cerritos is a truly special place and the Cerritos Surf Residences is the only place we’ll stay while there.

Fantastic property, amazing staff, PH56 was incredible!!! From its amazing roof top with plunge pool, ultra modern living with built in band equipment and its own casino! Beautifully furnished with no amenities to wish for. They are all there !! Can’t say enough about this magical place !!!

My wife and I spent a night at this hidden gem. We went to check it out after a friend had recommended it. Little did we know how fantastic the food, beverages and service was. We were fortunate enough to meet the owner Nick, who really knew how to care for his guests. We plan on visiting again soon, the pork chop and mashed potatoes are to die for. 5 stars !!!
